2. Description of Service

FABRICATED CRIME is a digital platform that provides filmmakers and artists with tools to create, host, and share their content. Each filmmaker receives their own microsite and content library.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

• You retain all rights to content you upload
• You grant us a license to host, store, and display your content on the Platform
• You are solely responsible for your content and its legality

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or incites violence
• Is spam, malicious, or contains malware

4.3 Platform Content

All Platform design, code, and branding are owned by FABRICATED CRIME and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Self-Curation and Moderation

FABRICATED CRIME operates on a self-curation model. You are responsible for curating your own content. While we do not actively moderate content, we reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FABRICATED CRIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FABRICATED CRIME from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
